1.1 Poletanja i sletanja sa/na AD PODGORICA vanrednih letova, letova za sopstvene potrebe i ostalih letova opšte avijacije (IFR/VFR) moraju biti usaglašeni sa Saobraćajnim centrom AD PODGORICA.1.1 Take-offs and landings from/to PODGORICA AD of non-scheduled, private and other general aviation flights (IFR/VFR) shall be coordinated with the Operative center of PODGORICA AD.
1.2 Izvršilac leta je dužan da najmanje 36 HR pre planiranog poletanja/sletanja, a za hitne slučajeve na sam dan izvršenja leta dostavi Saobraćajnom centru sledeće podatke:1.2 An operator shall submit the following data to the Operative center 36 HR prior to the planned take-off/landing or in case of urgency on the same day when a flight is to be carried out:
  1. naziv izvršioca leta;
  2. tip vazduhoplova;
  3. pozivni znak vazduhoplova ili oznaku registracije vazduhoplova;
  4. planirani datum i vreme (UTC) poletanja/sletanja; i
  5. ICAO lokacijski indikator aerodroma poletanja i sletanja.

2. Postupak odleđivanja

2. De-icing procedure

Odleđivanje se obavlja na parking pozicijama (ACFT kodne oznake C na parking pozicijama 1–6, vazduhoplovi opšte avijacije na parking pozicijama 7–9) tokom obrta vazduhoplova.De-icing is performed at ramp stands (ACFT with code letter C at ACFT stands 1–6, GA aircraft at ACFT stands 7–9) during the aircraft turnaround.
Vrši se usmena i/ili pisana komunikacija sa posadom vazduhoplova, pre, tokom i posle operacije odleđivanja.Verbal and/or written communication with the flight crew before, during and after the de-icing operation should be performed.
Posada vazduhoplova vrši pregled kontaminiranosti (pre tretmana), proveru posle odleđivanja, kao i bilo koju drugu proveru u vezi sa tim (na primer taktilnu proveru leda).Contamination check (pre-treatment), post de-icing check and any other related check (e.g. tactile check for clear ice) have to be performed by the flight crew.
Anti-icing kod nije na raspolaganju na AD.Anti-icing Code is not AVBL at AD.

3. Postupci za ACFT kodne oznake D ili E

3. Procedures for ACFT with code letter D or E

3.1 Opšte

3.1 General

Sledeći postupci se primenjuju na ACFT tipa B763, IL76, IL86 i C17 (kodna oznaka D) i A332 (kodna oznaka E).The next procedures are applicable for ACFT type B763, IL76, IL86 and C17 (code letter D) and A332 (code letter E).

Vozilo „follow me“ se koristi za vođenje ACFT prilikom taksiranja i pilot je dužan da se pridržava signalizacije.“Follow me” vehicle is employed to guide the taxiing ACFT and the pilot shall observe its signals.
Dve susedne parking pozicije se dodeljuju ACFT na sledeći način: parking pozicije 4 i 5 ili parking pozicije 5 i 6. Parkiranje ACFT na dodeljenim parking pozicijama se izvodi samo u skladu sa instrukcijama parkera signaliste i u tom slučaju pilot zanemaruje horizontalne oznake na pristanišnoj platformi.Two adjacent parking stands will be assigned for ACFT as follows: stand 4 and 5 or stand 5 and 6. Parking of ACFT on the assigned positions is only performed by marshaller's signals and in that case the pilot shall disregard apron horizontal markings on pavement.
Napomena: Oprema za izguravanje (push-back) nije dostupna na AD.Note: Push-back equipment at AD is not available.

Taksiranje ACFT kodne oznake D do pristanišne platforme se vrši preko TWY: A, B, H, G, M i N.Taxiing of ACFT with code letter D to apron is performed via TWYs: A, B, H, G, M and N.
Taksiranje ACFT kodne oznake E do pristanišne platforme je dozvoljeno samo preko TWY A, G i M ili B, H i M.Taxiing of ACFT with code letter E to apron is only permitted via TWYs A, G and M or B, H and M.

2.1 Arrivals

2.1.1 VFR letovi u sletanju na AD PODGORICA moraju da koriste VFR rute od tačaka RISAN, NIKSA, PERDO, LISIN, VAGAN i RETRA (na kojima se instrukcije za dalji prilaz aerodromu dobijaju od AKL PODGORICA (PODGORICA ATSU)) do tačaka čekanja VUKOV i TUZIV (na kojima se instrukcije i odobrenje za sletanje dobijaju od AKL PODGORICA (PODGORICA ATSU)).2.1.1 VFR flights landing at PODGORICA AD shall be conducted along VFR routes from points RISAN, NIKSA, PERDO, LISIN, VAGAN and RETRA (where further instructions are received from PODGORICA ATSU) to VUKOV and TUZIV holding points (where instructions and landing clearance will be given by PODGORICA ATSU).
Tačke VAGAN, DANIL, OBODA, PERDO i LISIN su tačke čekanja na kojima vođa vazduhoplova čeka instrukcije od AKL PODGORICA (PODGORICA ATSU) za prilaz aerodromu ukoliko nisu dobijene ranije.Points VAGAN, DANIL, OBODA, PERDO and LISIN are holding points where pilot-in-command waits instructions for approach from PODGORICA ATSU if instructions have not been provided earlier.
2.1.2 U slučaju gubitka radio-veze vođa vazduhoplova treba da uključi SSR kod A7600, ukoliko je vazduhoplov opremljen transponderom i:2.1.2 In case of communication failure, if aircraft is equipped with transponder, pilot-in-command shall squawk SSR code A7600, and:
  • ukoliko vođa vazduhoplova dobije odobrenje za ulazak u CTR PODGORICA pre gubitka radio-veze nastavlja let prema dobijenom odobrenju. U slučaju da odobrenje ne uključuje i odobrenje za sletanje, vođa vazduhoplova čeka na tački čekanja VUKOV ili TUZIV, prati saobraćaj i osmatra AKL PODGORICA (PODGORICA ATSU) čekajući svetlosni signal;
  • u slučaju gubitka radio-veze pre dobijanja odobrenja za ulazak u CTR PODGORICA vođa vazduhoplova nastavlja let po propisanim VFR rutama na visini od 500 FT AGL do tačaka čekanja VUKOV ili TUZIV, prati saobraćaj i osmatra AKL PODGORICA (PODGORICA ATSU) čekajući svetlosni signal.
  • if cleared to enter PODGORICA CTR before communication failure, pilot-in-command should continue the flight according to the given clearance. If the clearance does not include landing clearance, pilot-in-command should hold at VUKOV and TUZIV holding points observing traffic and awaiting light signals from PODGORICA ATSU;
  • if communication has failed before receiving clearance for entring in PODGORICA CTR, pilot-in-command should continue flight at 500 FT AGL on VFR routes to VUKOV and TUZIV holding points observing traffic and awaiting light signals from PODGORICA ATSU.
