1. UVOD

1. INTRODUCTION

Postupci podešavanja visinomera su u skladu sa ICAO Doc 8168 – OPS/611, Tom I, Deo III.

The altimeter setting procedures conform to those contained in ICAO Doc 8168 – OPS/611, Volume I, Part III.

Prelazna apsolutna visina data je na kartama instrumentalnih dolazaka, prilaženja, odlazaka i u delu AD 2, tačke AD 2.17.

Transition altitudes are given on the instrument arrival, approach and departure charts and in the AD 2 part, items AD 2.17.

Vrednosti QNH i temperature koje se koriste za određivanje adekvatnog nadvišavanja prepreka daju se u VOLMET emisijama, a na zahtev se dobijaju i od jedinica kontrole letenja.

QNH reports and temperature information for use in determining adequate terrain clearance are given in VOLMET broadcasts and are available on request from the air traffic control units.

VrednostI QNH daju se u hektopaskalima.

QNH values are given in hectopascals.

2.1 Opšte

2.1 General

2.1.1 Sistem nivoa leta

2.1.1 System of flight levels

Nivo leta nula nalazi se na nivou atmosferskog pritiska 1013,2 hPa.

Flight level zero is located at the atmospheric pressure level of 1013.2 hPa.

Naredni nivoi leta odvojeni su intervalima pritiska koji odgovaraju vrednosti od 1000 FT (300 M) u standardnoj atmosferi.

Consecutive flight levels are separated by a pressure interval corresponding to 1000 FT (300 M) in the standard atmosphere.

Nivoi leta dati su u tabeli u tački 5.

Flight levels are given in the table in item 5.

2.1.2 Prelazna apsolutna visina

2.1.2 Transition altitude

Prelazna apsolutna visina je ista za sve aerodrome u Srbiji i u Crnoj Gori i iznosi 10000 FT (3050 M).

The transition altitude is 10000 FT (3050 M) and is common for all aerodromes within Serbia and within Montenegro.

Vrednost prelaznog sloja iznosi najmanje 1000 FT (300 M).

Value of the transition layer is at least 1000 FT (300 M).

Prelazni nivo za sve aerodrome u Srbiji i u Crnoj Gori određuju jedinice prilaznih kontrola letenja na osnovu sledeće tabele:

A transition level is determined for each aerodrome within Serbia and within Montenegro by approach control units according to the following table:

2.1.4 Prelazak sa nivoa leta na apsolutnu visinu i obratno

2.1.4 Transition from flight levels to altitudes and vice versa

Vertikalna pozicija vazduhoplova kada se nalazi na ili ispod prelazne apsolutne visine izražava se u apsolutnoj visini, a kada se nalazi na ili iznad prelaznog nivoa leta izražava se u nivoima leta.

Vertical positioning of aircraft when at, or below the transition altitude is expressed in terms of altitudes, whereas such positioning at or above the transition level, is expressed in terms of flight levels.

Prilikom prolaska kroz prelazni sloj, vertikalna pozicija se izražava u nivoima leta u penjanju, a u apsolutnoj visini u poniranju.

While passing through the transition layer, vertical positioning is expressed in terms of flight levels when ascending and in terms of altitude when descending.

2.2 Take-off and climb

Vazduhoplovu u poletanju, jedinica aerodromske kontrole letenja daje vrednost QNH najkasnije sa instrukcijom za voženje.

A QNH altimeter setting is given with the taxiing clearance by aerodrome control tower prior to take-off.

Vertikalna pozicija vazduhoplova za vreme penjanja izražava se u apsolutnim visinama dok ne dostigne prelaznu apsolutnu visinu iznad koje se vertikalna pozicija izražava u nivoima leta.

Vertical positioning of aircraft during climb is expressed in terms of altitudes until reaching the transition altitude above which, vertical positioning is expressed in terms of flight levels.

2.3.1 Vertikalno razdvajanje

2.3.1 Vertical separation

Vertikalno razdvajanje vazduhoplova na i ispod prelazne apsolutne visine vrši se na osnovu apsolutne visine, a vertikalna pozicija vazduhoplova u komunikaciji zemlja-vazduh izražava se u apsolutnoj visini.

Vertical separation of aircraft at and below the transition altitude shall be by reference to altitude and vertical positioning of aircraft in the ground-air communication shall be expressed in altitudes.

Vertikalno razdvajanje vazduhoplova iznad prelazne apsolutne visine vrši se na osnovu nivoa leta, a vertikalna pozicija vazduhoplova u komunikaciji zemlja-vazduh izražava se u nivoima leta.

Vertical separation of aircraft above transition altitude shall be expressed in terms of flight levels and vertical positioning of aircraft in the ground-air communication shall be expressed in flight levels.

2.3.2 Nadvišavanje prepreka

2.3.2 Terrain clearance

Za nadvišavanje prepreka koriste se lokalni pritisci na aerodromima BEOGRAD/Batajnica, BEOGRAD/Nikola Tesla, KRALJEVO/Lađevci, NIŠ/Konstantin Veliki, PRIŠTINA, PODGORICA, TIVAT, UŽICE i VRŠAC u zavisnosti u kom se terminalnom prostoru odvija let.

For the purpose of adequate terrain clearance local QNH based upon aerodromes BEOGRAD/Batajnica, BEOGRAD/Nikola Tesla, KRALJEVO/Lađevci, NIŠ/Konstantin Veliki, PRIŠTINA, PODGORICA, TIVAT, UŽICE and VRŠAC are to be used, depending on the terminal control area in which the flight is conducted.

Jedinice prilazne kontrole letenja, na zahtev, daju vrednosti QNH potrebne za planiranje letova ili nadvišavanje prepreka.

A QNH altimeter setting necessary for flight planning or terrain clearance shall be passed by approach control units, on request.

2.4 Prilaženje i sletanje

2.4 Approach and landing

Vrednost QNH i prelazni nivo sadržani su u dozvoli za prilaženje.

QNH altimeter setting and transition level are made available in approach clearance.

U dozvoli za prilaženje može se, na zahtev, dati i vrednost QFE.

QFE altimeter setting should be made available in approach clearance, on request.

Nezavisno od podešavanja visinomera koje pilot koristi za vreme prilaženja, sve instrukcije jedinica kontrole letenja na prelaznoj apsolutnoj visini ili ispod nje, daju se uvek u apsolutnim visinama.

All instructions passed by air traffic control units at transition altitude or below shall always be expressed in altitudes nevertheless the QNH altimeter setting procedure during approach is used by pilot.

2.5 Neuspelo prilaženje

2.5 Missed approach

U slučaju neuspelog prilaženja primenjuje se odgovarajući postupak prema tačkama 2.2, 2.3 i 2.4.

In the event of a missed approach, the procedure according to items 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 shall be applied.

4.1 Planiranje letova

4.1 Flight planning

4.1.1 Visine na kojima će se izvršavati let izražavaće se u planu leta:

  1. u nivoima leta, ako će se let izvršavati na ili iznad prelaznog nivoa;
  2. u apsolutnim visinama, ako će se let izvršavati na ili ispod prelazne apsolutne visine.

4.1.1 The levels at which a flight is to be conducted shall be specified in a flight plan:

  1. in terms of flight levels, if the flight is to be conducted at or above the transition level;
  2. in terms of altitudes, if the flight is to be conducted at or below the transition altitude.

4.1.2 Nivoi leta ili apsolutne visine koje se izaberu za obavljanje leta moraju da:

  1. obezbede adekvatno nadvišavanje prepreka;
  2. zadovolje zahteve kontrole letenja;
  3. budu kompatibilni sa tabelom nivoa leta (videti tačku 5).

4.1.2 The flight levels or altitudes selected for flight should:

  1. ensure adequate terrain clearance;
  2. satisfy air traffic control requirements;
  3. be compatible with the table of cruising levels (see item 5).
