Establishing Quality Management System and working continuously on business operations upgrade, SMATSA llc confirms its determination to constantly and fully meet users’ requirements. In 2010 SMATSA llc got ISO 9001:2008 certificate for the following processes: Air Traffic Management - ATM (ATS, ASM, ATFCM) together with development of navigation procedures; Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) Services; Meteorological Services (МЕТ); Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) together with development of navigation charts; Flight Calibration of the Equipment and Systems from the Air and Air Navigation Services Personnel Training. In May 2011, ISO certificate validity was extended to pilots’ training and aircraft maintenance processes.

Quality Management System’s structure was adjusted to SMATSA llc organizational structure in order to meet SMATSA llc needs and to provide documents of all business processes that could have an impact on quality and safety of the services and their effective application. In compliance with ISO standards’ requirements, SMATSA llc’s policy and set objectives, processes which ensure efficient system functioning are followed, maintained and upgraded.

As a proof of well-established Quality Management System and upon successful recertification audit conducted by Certification Company, Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) team of auditors in May, 2016, a new certificate ISO 9001:2008 was issued.

In May, 2018, upon successful audit conducted by Certification Company, SGS team of auditors, SMATSA llc’s Quality Management System transition to new ISO 9001:2015 standards’ version was checked and confirmed.
