Quality Management System

Establishing Quality Management System and working continuously on business operations upgrade, SMATSA llc confirms its determination to constantly and fully meet users’ requirements. As a proof of well-established Quality Management System, and being socially responsible company,  in 2010 SMATSA Llc got and has been maintaining since then, ISO 9001 certificate for the following processes: ATM/ANS – functions/services, Air Traffic Services (ATS), Airspace Management (ASM), Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM), including Flight Procedure Design (FPD), Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) services, Meteorological Services (MET), Aeronautical Information Services (AlS), together with development of navigation charts; Flight Calibration of the Equipment and Systems from the Air, Air Navigation Services Personnel Training as well as pilots’ training and aircraft maintenance pursuant to approved scope of work.

Quality Management System’s structure was adjusted to SMATSA Llc’ organizational structure in order to meet SMATSA llc needs and to provide documents of all business processes that could have an impact on quality and safety of the services and their effective application. In compliance with ISO standards’ requirements, SMATSA Llc’s policy and set objectives, processes which ensure efficient system functioning are followed, maintained and upgraded.

In May 2019, team of auditors from Certification Company Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) from Belgrade conducted recertification audit of Quality Management System (QMS), pursuant to ISO 9001:2015 standard’s requirements in Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services SMATSA Llc, Belgrade.

Getting ISO 9001:2015 certificate validity confirmation SMATSA Llc clearly demonstrates its determination to constantly upgrade its operating processes as well as to fully meet users’ requirements.
